How your cleaning contract starts

The cleaning schedule is drawn up after a free site survey of your premises, every visit is recorded in a cleaning log displayed on site, and you receive one invoice a month.

01

Your request

Via the form, with photos if you wish, or by phone Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.

02

The free site survey

We walk through your premises with you and note the floor areas, floor coverings, how each space is used and access.

03

The quote

Your quote reaches you within 24 working hours, listing each task and its frequency.

04

Access

The key or badge you entrust to us is identified by a code, never by your company’s name.

05

The first visit

It takes place on the agreed date and is the first entry in the cleaning log displayed on your premises.

What your cleaning contract includes

A dedicated team

The same people at every visit. They know your premises, your priorities and the way things work in your organisation.

A cleaning log

Kept on site, it records the date, time and tasks of each visit. You note your comments in it and we respond.

Cover when someone is absent

Holiday or illness: someone who has already received your cleaning specification takes over, and you are kept informed.

Restocking consumables

Toilet paper, hand towels, soap and bin bags: supplied by us and invoiced with the contract, or taken from your own stock. Dispensers are refilled at every visit.

Meeting rooms put back in order

Tables wiped, chairs put back, whiteboards cleaned if you wish, cups returned to the kitchen: the room is ready for the next meeting.

Regular quality follow-up

Your contact person comes to check on site, goes through the cleaning log and reviews things with you.

A cleaning schedule for your premises, task by task

After the free site survey, each task is given a frequency. This schedule is the reference for both the team and you. Here is an example for offices:

At every visit

Toilets, kitchen, bins, touchpoints and floors in high-traffic areas.

Every week

Full vacuuming, dusting of furniture and a thorough clean of meeting rooms.

Every month

Skirting boards, doors, radiators, interior windows and glass partitions.

Every quarter or every year

Deep carpet cleaning (by our partner), window cleaning, archives and storerooms.

Office cleaning: light wooden worktop wiped down with a cloth and spray

A flexible contract that adapts to your business

As your business changes, so does the contract. Simply ask your contact person and you can:

The duration, notice period and terms for changes are set out in black and white in the contract, with no hidden clauses.

Contract cleaning for offices, shops and communal areas

Offices & coworking spaces

Workstations, toilets and kitchen, before or after your working hours.

Shops & showrooms

Sales floor, fitting rooms and stockroom cleaned before opening, with shopfronts on the same schedule.

Communal areas in buildings

Entrance halls, stairs, lifts and bins, for syndics and co-owners.

Premises with specific needs

Medical practices, schools and nurseries, gyms, hotels and restaurants: each sector has its own page.

Frequently asked questions about our cleaning contracts

How long is the commitment?

It is agreed with you and written into the contract, as is the notice period. We would rather keep clients because they are happy than because they are tied in: flexibility is part of what we offer.

We arrange cover by someone who knows your cleaning specification and access instructions. The visit goes ahead as planned and you are informed of the change.

Two options, chosen when we draw up the quote: we refill the dispensers from your stock and let you know before you run out, or we supply the consumables ourselves and invoice them with the contract.

Yes. A message to your contact person is all it takes; the new frequency applies from the date we agree together.

Note it in the cleaning log or get in touch with your contact person Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, by phone or email. Every comment gets a reply.

One invoice a month, in your company’s name and including VAT, listing the visits carried out and any one-off jobs.

Premises of the same size can need very different cleaning: carpet or tiles, ten or fifty people, a coffee corner or a proper office kitchen. The visit lets us price what will actually be done, room by room. It is free, and the quote follows within 24 working hours.

It all depends on how many people are on site, how many visitors you receive and how much the kitchen is used. We make you a proposal after the site survey, and you can change it during the contract. Our office cleaning page gives a rough guide.

Yes. The key or badge is identified by a code, never by your company’s name or address. Access and alarm instructions are agreed with you before the first visit: you do not need to be there.

First check the notice period in your current contract. During that time, book the free site survey: your quote reaches you within 24 working hours, and the cleaning schedule can carry over the instructions that already work well for you. The first visit is then scheduled to follow on from the end of the old contract.

No. A deep clean, putting things back in order after an office move or cleaning shopfronts can all be booked without a contract. The quote is free and reaches you within 24 working hours.

Not always. If the site survey shows that the premises are a little neglected, we suggest a thorough first visit, priced separately in the quote. Regular cleaning then starts from a clean base.
