We visit your premises at a time that suits you, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, to look at floor areas, surface types, sensitive zones, access and your expectations.
Detailed quote
Within 24 working hours of the visit, you receive a free quote describing each task and how often it is carried out. You know exactly what will be done, and when.
Dedicated team
The same people come every time. They receive the cleaning specification and access instructions before their first day.
Quality follow-up
Your contact person regularly checks the work on site, reviews the cleaning log and adjusts the schedule with you if needed.

What you can check before you sign
Lorvia Cleaning is the trading name of KO-ORDINATE SRL (company number BE 1005.403.416). Before you sign, you can:
- ask for our certificate of insurance, sent on request;
- read a written quote setting out each task and its frequency, drawn up after the free site survey of your premises;
- check the duration and notice period in the contract, and receive one invoice a month;
- consult the cleaning log displayed on your premises at any time.
Your questions before you trust us with your premises
Is the survey of our premises really free?
Yes. The on-site visit and the quote that follows are free and place you under no obligation. Seeing the premises lets us draw up a fair quote rather than guessing from a distance.
How soon will we receive the quote?
Within 24 working hours of the survey. For a simple request, such as cleaning a shopfront, the quote can also be prepared from photos and your description.
When can your teams come in?
You can reach us Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. The cleaning itself is scheduled around your business: early in the morning, during the day or in the evening, as agreed in the quote.
Are your teams insured?
Yes, our teams are insured for the work they carry out on your premises. A certificate of insurance can be sent with the quote on request.
Do we have to commit for the long term?
No. A one-off job can be booked on its own. For regular cleaning, the duration and termination terms are set out in the contract, and the frequency adapts to your needs.
What is not included in your services?
We do not carry out repairs or remove rubble or bulky waste. High-level windows that require a cherry picker are entrusted to a properly equipped specialist partner, on a separate quote.
Our offices are outside the Brussels-Capital Region: do you work there too?
Yes, in the immediate surrounding area: Zaventem, Vilvoorde, Kraainem, Wezembeek-Oppem, Tervuren, Sint-Genesius-Rode (Rhode-Saint-Genèse), Waterloo or Braine-l’Alleud, for example. Include the municipality or postcode in your request: if the address is outside our service area, we will tell you in our reply.
How does requesting a quote for our premises work?
Choose the Business option in the form and give the type of premises, the approximate floor area, the preferred frequency and the municipality. You can attach photos. If you request the free site survey, we arrange a visit to your premises, and you receive the quote within 24 working hours of that visit.
