A cleaning company born in Brussels
Lorvia started with a question: what would a cleaning company in Brussels you can really count on, week after week, look like?
Our answer comes down to a few concrete commitments: a free, easy-to-read quote within 24 working hours, the same people at every visit, hours that adapt to you, and someone who picks up when you call.
We are starting small, and that is deliberate. A company of our size can know every site, every instruction and every client by name. It is that level of care we want to keep as we grow.
What guides our everyday work
Reliability
We turn up when scheduled, do what was agreed and let you know if anything unexpected comes up.
Close to you
Based in central Brussels, we are easy to reach by phone and email, with a contact who knows your account.
Attention to detail
Handles, skirting boards, the tops of frames, window sills: these are the details that make the difference between ‘cleaned’ and ‘really clean’.
Respect
For your premises, your belongings and your privacy, but also for the people who do this work with us: we give them the time and equipment they need to do it well.
What you can expect from us
A free quote within 24 working hours
Clear, detailed and without obligation, sent within 24 working hours.
A free site survey of your premises
For businesses, we visit the premises before pricing the job, free of charge and with no obligation.
Insured teams
The people we send to you are insured and trained in our working methods.
The same people at every visit
A dedicated team that knows your premises, your routines and your instructions.
No hidden subcontracting
Some specialist work, such as high-level windows that need a cherry picker, is handled by a specialist partner with the right equipment. We say so in the quote, never afterwards.
Based in Brussels, working in the surrounding area
We work from Rue des Colonies, in central Brussels. From there, we work in all 19 municipalities of the Brussels Region as well as in Flemish and Walloon Brabant, from Vilvoorde to Waterloo.
