Do you work for businesses as well as private clients?
Yes, with a separate service for each. Our services for businesses cover offices, shops, practices, communal areas in buildings and post-construction cleaning. For private clients, we provide house cleaning, window cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning. The quote form has a separate section for each.
How much does cleaning with Lorvia cost?
We do not publish prices. Every quote starts from your premises: square metres, number of toilets, floor coverings, frequency of visits, access and consumables. You receive your free quote within 24 working hours; for businesses, after a free visit to your premises.
What does office cleaning include?
The scope is set during the free site survey, room by room, with the frequency of each task. The details of a typical visit are on our office cleaning in Brussels page.
Can syndics (building managers) entrust you with a building's communal areas?
Yes. Communal area cleaning covers the entrance hall, stairs, lift and bin store, including putting the bins out on collection days. A cleaning log stays on display in the entrance hall, and invoicing is monthly.
I'm moving out at the end of the month: can you come just once?
Yes. As a private client, you can book end of tenancy cleaning, post-renovation cleaning or a deep clean on its own, with no long-term commitment. Businesses can also book post-construction cleaning as a one-off, before the works are handed over.
