Entrance, reception desk and cloakroom cleaned, fingerprints removed from the glass doors; to have large windows washed on both sides, add our window cleaning service.
Visitor and staff toilets
Toilets, washbasins, mirrors and floors cleaned; toilet paper, soap and hand towels restocked, from the venue’s own stock or supplied by Lorvia, in which case they are invoiced.
Bar, catering area and green rooms
Bar counter wiped, catering area floors washed once the caterer has left, speakers’ green rooms put back in order, bins emptied.
Tables, chairs and touchpoints
Tables, chairs, high tables, handrails, light switches and handles wiped before the public arrives, then again once the room has emptied.
At night, early in the morning or at the weekend
Between the end of build-up and the doors opening, there is often only one night left. We also work during the day or in the evening.
Overnight, after build-up
Stands built, decor in place: the team works overnight, in the time slot set in the quote, in the aisles, at reception and in the toilets.
Early in the morning, before the guests arrive
On opening day, a final clean of reception, the toilets and the floors before visitors or guests arrive.
Post-event cleaning: the next day or at the weekend
After breakdown or the party, the venue is put back in order in the time slot agreed with you. Do you manage a venue that is hired out every week? Consider a regular cleaning contract.

Hard floors in halls and large rooms washed with a scrubber-dryer where the floor area and access allow it; wet areas marked with signs until dry.
Venue rules respected
Access times, service entrance, waste containers: we follow the venue manager’s instructions.
Good to know before you book
- Degreasing hoods and cleaning cooking equipment: this is the responsibility of the caterer or a specialist provider.
- Crockery, glassware and table linen (tablecloths, napkins, chair covers) are not part of the service.
- Carpets: vacuumed by our team, deep cleaned by a subcontractor coordinated by Lorvia, subject to a quote.
- Products and consumables: invoiced if supplied by Lorvia, not invoiced if they come from you or the venue.
- Waste is gathered and sorted into the containers provided by the venue.

Frequently asked questions about event cleaning
Do you clean before and after an event?
Yes. Pre-event cleaning follows the end of build-up: aisles, reception, rooms and toilets are cleaned before the doors open. Post-event cleaning follows breakdown or the departure of the guests. Has the venue just had building work done? See our post-construction cleaning.
What types of events do you cover?
We work before and after all types of events: trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, congresses, seminars, conferences, corporate parties, launches, open days, galas, weddings, receptions, birthdays and private parties in a venue, concerts, festivals and sporting events, including those held in party or reception venues.
Do you work at night or at the weekend?
Yes: overnight between the end of build-up and opening, early in the morning, during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. The time slot is agreed with you in the quote.
Do you clean a party venue after a wedding?
Yes: after a wedding, a birthday or a private party, we can clean the venue the same evening, the next day or at the weekend, in a time slot set according to when the keys are handed back. Private client? Choose the Private client tab in our quote request form.
What do you do with the waste after an event?
Bins are emptied and waste is gathered and sorted into the containers provided by the venue, according to its waste streams (for example PMC, paper and cardboard, glass, residual waste). Please tell us in your request which containers are available.
Are you insured to work in a hired venue?
Yes, our teams are insured. If the venue owner or the organiser asks you for a certificate of insurance, we will send it to you.
How much does party venue or event cleaning cost?
The price and the time needed depend on the floor area, the number of guests, the number of visits (before, after or both) and the deadline for handing back the venue. Products are invoiced if supplied by Lorvia, not invoiced if they come from you or the venue. Free quote within 24 working hours.
Do you cover events outside Brussels?
