A deep clean designed with handover in mind
The final clean makes the first impression. We work for:
Contractors & subcontractors
Cleaning that fits around your schedule, so you can approach provisional acceptance with peace of mind.
Developers & estate agents
New apartments and office floors ready for viewings, key handovers or letting, in Brussels and the surrounding area, from new-build blocks in Vilvoorde to the Parc de l’Alliance in Braine-l’Alleud.
Businesses & shopkeepers
Refurbished offices, a renovated shop, a revamped restaurant or a new medical practice: you open your doors without spending your first day dusting.
Syndics (building managers)
Entrance hall, stairwell, lift and cellars cleaned up after the communal areas have been renovated.
What our post-construction cleaning includes
Fine dust
Walls, accessible ceilings, skirting boards, doors, radiators, sockets, light fittings and the inside of cupboards dusted.
Building site marks
Paint splashes, plaster or cement haze, and glue, silicone and mortar residue removed according to the surface.
Floors
Vacuuming, then washing suited to the floor covering: tiles, parquet, vinyl, concrete. Protective films removed if necessary.
Joinery & glazing
Windows, frames, thresholds and tracks cleared of manufacturers’ labels, stickers and glue marks.
Washrooms & kitchens
Wall tiles, sanitary ware, taps, worktops and cupboard fronts degreased and ready for use.
Ventilation grilles
Visible grilles and vents dusted; the inside of the ducts is not included.
Post-construction cleaning in one to three stages
Depending on the scale of the works, we come once or several times, in coordination with the trades’ schedule.
Interim clean
While the work is in progress, a visit removes most of the dust before the finishes go in: paint, parquet, kitchen.
Final clean before handover
The main visit: every surface, from top to bottom, once the trades have left.
Touch-up before moving in
After the final adjustments, connections or furniture deliveries, a quick pass over the areas concerned.
What to arrange before we arrive
- Rubble, offcuts and bulky packaging removed by the building contractor.
- Running water and electricity available on site.
- Trades finished in the areas to be cleaned, or their schedule shared with us.
- Site access, working hours and safety instructions sent to us in advance.
- For an older building: the asbestos survey, if there is one, sent with your request.
Cleaning after water damage, once the property has dried out
Once the leak has been repaired and the premises dried out, marks remain: deposits on floors and skirting boards, dust stirred up by the dehumidifiers, furniture to be cleaned. We get the premises clean again so that your business can resume.
We only come in once everything has fully dried: drying out, leak detection and mould treatment are a job for specialist companies. For your insurance claim, we provide a detailed quote for the clean-up.
Suspected asbestos: we stop and let you know
In older buildings, some materials may contain asbestos: old sprayed coatings, floor tiles, adhesives, fibre cement sheets. Our rule is simple:
We stop immediately
If there is the slightest doubt about a damaged material, the team stops work in that area and leaves it untouched.
We alert the person in charge
We let you or the site manager know the same day, with photos.
We resume only after testing
Cleaning only resumes once the material has been tested and, if necessary, removed by a licensed asbestos removal company.
Frequently asked questions about post-construction cleaning
When should we call you in?
When the trades have finished in the area to be cleaned, ideally a few days before handover or moving in. Let us know as soon as the date is confirmed: we can visit the site beforehand.
Do you remove rubble and building waste?
No. Rubble, offcuts and bulky packaging are removed by the building contractor before we arrive. We deal with the waste produced by our own cleaning.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
It depends on the floor area, the type of work and the condition of the premises. The duration and the size of the team are set out in the quote, after the site visit.
What do you need on site?
Running water, electricity and access to the areas to be cleaned. We bring site vacuums, stepladders, products and protective coverings.
Are your teams insured on a building site?
Yes, our teams are insured for their work, including on building sites. They follow the site safety rules and wear the required protective equipment.
Do you also work for private clients?
Yes, with a service designed for homes after renovation.
