What our office cleaning includes

The exact scope is set room by room during the site survey. Here is what a typical visit covers; if your offices are in a shared building, we can also take care of the communal areas of the building.

Workstations

Clear desks dusted, furniture, ledges and low light fittings wiped; screens and keyboards dry-dusted.

Washrooms

Toilets, washbasins, taps, mirrors and floors cleaned at every visit, with paper and soap dispensers checked.

Kitchen & coffee area

Worktops, sink, tables, cupboard fronts and the outside of appliances: fridge, microwave, coffee machine.

Floors

Vacuuming and washing suited to the floor covering: parquet, vinyl, tiles, polished concrete or carpet.

Reception & meeting rooms

Reception desk, tables and chairs put back in order, and marks removed from interior glass partitions.

Waste & recycling

Bins emptied, bags replaced and waste sorted according to your building’s collection streams: PMC, paper and cardboard, residual waste.

Touchpoints, cleaned at every visit

Door handles, light switches, lift buttons, handrails, photocopier keypads, shared phones: these are the surfaces everyone touches and the ones most often forgotten.

They are part of every visit, with microfibre cloths kept for this purpose only and products suited to each material.

How often should your offices be cleaned?

It all depends on how many people are on site, how many clients visit and how much the kitchen is used. For ongoing, long-term cleaning, with a written cleaning schedule and a monthly invoice, see our office cleaning contract.

As a rough guide:

Every day

For busy offices or those open to the public: toilets, kitchen and bins cannot wait.

Two or three times a week

The right balance for many SMEs: full visits alternating with targeted ones.

Once a week

For a small team or quiet shared offices, with an extra visit when business demands it.

On demand

A deep clean, tidying up after an event, or stepping in when your usual provider lets you down.

How much does office cleaning cost in Brussels?

The price depends on your premises, not on a standard price list. Four factors matter most:

  • the floor area and number of rooms;
  • the number of washrooms and kitchens;
  • the type of flooring;
  • the frequency of visits.

Consumables also come into it: if Lorvia supplies them, they are invoiced; if they come from your own stock, they are not. If your carpets need deep cleaning, the work is carried out by a partner we coordinate, and the quote says so.

After the free site survey of your premises, you receive a quote within 24 working hours that sets out each task and its frequency.

Office carpet cleaning

Carpet absorbs noise, but also dust, crumbs and coffee stains. Three levels of care keep it looking good for longer.

Regular vacuuming

At every visit, with a professional vacuum cleaner, focusing on high-traffic areas and under desks.

Stain removal

Stains are treated as soon as they are spotted, with a product chosen according to the type of stain (coffee, ink, mud) and the fibre.

Deep cleaning

Once or twice a year or after a refit, by spray extraction, carried out by a specialist partner we coordinate. Ideally scheduled for late on a Friday, so the carpet can dry over the weekend.

One-off office cleaning

You do not need a contract to call on us. A few common situations:

Deep clean

After the summer break or once a year: tops of cupboards, skirting boards, doors, radiators, interior windows and underneath furniture.

Office move

Your old premises cleaned for the move-out inspection, and your new ones ready before your staff arrive.

After an event

Reception, seminar, open day: rooms, kitchen and toilets put back in order as soon as the event ends or the next morning.

Back up to standard

Offices looking a little neglected? A thorough first visit puts everything right before regular cleaning begins.

Frequently asked questions about office cleaning

What time of day do you come?

Usually before your staff arrive or after they leave, so as not to disturb them. A daytime visit is still possible for the toilets and kitchen in very busy offices.

No. After the site survey, we agree on access: keys or badges, alarm code, locking-up instructions. The team locks up on the way out and records the visit in the cleaning log.

We bring the equipment and professional products. If you have a preference, for example fragrance-free products, let us know during the site survey and we will take it into account.

We dry-dust the outside of screens, keyboards and computer towers, without liquid and without unplugging anything. The inside of devices and the cabling are not included.

Marks on interior windows and glass doors are removed as part of the regular visits. Full window cleaning, inside and out, is a separate service.

Note it in the cleaning log or tell your contact person: it will be dealt with at the next visit, or sooner if it is urgent.
