Warehouses, workshops and industrial buildings
Logistics warehouse cleaning
Aisles, loading bays and floors kept clean, from warehouses in Zaventem near Brucargo to the business parks of Vilvoorde.
Workshop cleaning for SMEs
Manufacturing or maintenance workshops in Anderlecht’s business parks: floors, aisles, offices and changing rooms. For a garage workshop, see our showroom and car dealership cleaning service.
Production halls
Floors, traffic routes, offices and staff areas around your production lines, excluding ATEX zones and food production areas; the machines themselves are not cleaned by our teams.
What cleaning your industrial premises covers
Industrial floors cleaned with a scrubber-dryer
Large floor areas in warehouses, workshops and halls, washed with a scrubber-dryer to suit the floor surface.
Loading bays and traffic aisles
Loading bays, aisles and pedestrian walkways cleared of dust and packaging debris, then washed to suit the surface.
On-site offices and reception
Reception, offices and meeting rooms: workstations, floors, accessible windows, door handles and light switches.
Staff changing rooms and washrooms
Changing rooms, showers, toilets and washbasins; dispensers restocked with your consumables (not charged for) or ours (charged for).
Canteen and break rooms
Tables, chairs, worktops, sinks, the outside of appliances and floors, put back in order in the time slot agreed with you.
Dust and everyday waste
Bins emptied, everyday waste gathered and sorted into the site’s containers, and accessible surfaces dusted.
Industrial cleaning at night, early in the morning or at weekends
Does your site run in shifts? We agree with you when the aisles will be clear; depending on your operations, we can also come during the day or in the evening.
At night
When the loading bays are quiet: aisle floors washed and staff areas ready for the morning shift.
Early in the morning or in the evening
Before the shift starts or after the teams have left: changing rooms, canteen, washrooms and offices put back in order.
At weekends
A deep clean of the halls, aisles and loading bays when activity slows down or the site is closed.
An industrial cleaning company that adapts to your site
Working at height from a cherry picker
In your halls and warehouses, we can work at height from a cherry picker; the area, access and time slot are agreed with you during the site survey.
Floors marked off while they dry
Aisles and loading bays are marked off until they are dry, following a sequence agreed with you.
Your site instructions, written down and passed on
Working hours, restricted areas, access, forklift traffic: your instructions are noted on site, and your dedicated team receives them before its first visit.
Keys and badges labelled with a code
Your keys and badges carry a code, never your name or your address, and remain in the care of your dedicated team.
Technical cleaning: what we do not offer
- Cleaning machines and production lines: this is a job for a technical cleaning provider.
- Cleaning tanks and silos.
- High-pressure washing of installations, and drain jetting.
- Cryogenic cleaning of equipment by dry ice blasting.
- Work in ATEX zones and in food production areas (HACCP plan).
How we start cleaning your industrial site
Free survey of your site
We walk round the halls, loading bays, workshops and staff areas with you, and note the floor areas, production hours and access instructions.
Your detailed quote within 24 working hours
Areas, tasks, frequencies and time slots are set out in detail, for a regular cleaning contract or a one-off deep clean; the quote is free and comes with no obligation.
The same team at every visit
The cleaners know your loading bays, your badges and your instructions; a replacement named in advance covers any absence.
A cleaning log
Every visit is recorded in it; you use it to flag an area that needs redoing, an upcoming stocktake or a change in production hours.
Frequently asked questions about industrial cleaning
What is industrial cleaning?
The term covers two different trades: cleaning the premises of an industrial or logistics site (warehouse and workshop floors, loading bays, aisles, offices and staff areas) and the technical cleaning of machines and installations. Lorvia Cleaning does the first, not the second. Compared with office cleaning, the first is mainly about large floor areas, which we wash with a scrubber-dryer.
Do you clean machines and production lines?
No. We do not offer technical cleaning (machines, lines, tanks, silos, high-pressure washing of installations, drain jetting, cryogenic cleaning), or work in ATEX zones or food production areas (HACCP plan). We clean the premises around them: floors, aisles, loading bays, offices and staff areas.
Can you work at night or at weekends?
Yes: at night, early in the morning, during the day, in the evening or at weekends, depending on your production hours. The time slot is agreed during the free site survey.
How do you clean warehouse floors?
We wash warehouse floors with a scrubber-dryer, a machine that scrubs the floor and vacuums up the dirty water in a single pass; the aisles stay marked off until they are dry.
Do you work outside Brussels?
Yes. We work in Brussels and across Belgium: in business parks in the surrounding area, such as those in Zaventem or Vilvoorde, and as far as the logistics centres of Willebroek, in the province of Antwerp. For a site further afield, each request is considered case by case.
Are your teams insured on an industrial site?
Yes. The work our teams carry out on your site is covered by our insurance, and we send you the certificate of insurance as soon as you ask for it.
Who supplies the products and consumables?
It is up to you: products and consumables supplied by Lorvia are charged for; those taken from your own stock are not. Your choice is recorded in the quote.
How much does industrial cleaning cost?
The quote depends on the floor area and type of flooring, how dirty the premises are, the frequency, the chosen time slot, access, work at height and consumables. It is free and arrives within 24 working hours of the site survey.
