Inside panes are cleaned with a squeegee and microfibre, with ledges and nearby furniture protected.

Add window cleaning to your cleaning contract
If we already clean your offices or the communal areas of your building, window cleaning can be added to the same cleaning contract, at the frequency you choose, on the same monthly invoice. The contract stays flexible: you can end it by giving notice. Without a contract, a one-off visit is still possible, subject to a quote.
What our window cleaning service does not include
- Cherry picker or rope access work by our own team: a partner handles this, on a separate quote.
- Building site residue (cement, paint, silicone) on new glazing: this falls under post-construction cleaning.
- Cleaning façades, roofs and gutters.
- Cleaning solar panels.
Frequently asked questions about window cleaning
What happens if it rains?
Light rain does not always prevent exterior cleaning. In the event of a downpour, frost or strong wind, we postpone the exterior visit and offer you a new date; the inside can still be done as planned.
Do you use products on the windows?
A professional glass cleaner, used sparingly, and a descaler only where it is needed. Nearby ledges and furniture are protected.
Do we need to be there?
For exterior windows accessible from the street, no: just tell us which time slots work for you. For the inside, we need access to the premises and ledges cleared of plants, files and fragile items.
Do you clean around window graphics and stickers?
Yes, carefully and without peeling them off. Old stickers and glue residue can be removed on request; this needs to be specified in the quote.
What about high-level windows?
When a cherry picker or rope access is needed, we do not do the work ourselves: a properly equipped and insured partner carries it out under our coordination, on a separate quote. You keep a single point of contact.
Is your work insured?
Yes, our teams are insured for the work they carry out. For work at height, we only use partners who are insured for this type of work.
Can you provide a quote without a site visit?
Yes, for a simple request: send us the address and a few photos of your shopfronts or windows using the form. For larger premises or premises on several floors, we first suggest a free site survey. Either way, the quote is free and reaches you within 24 working hours.
