At every visit, your cleaner follows a task list drawn up with you at the first appointment. You can change it whenever you like.
Kitchen
Worktops, sink and taps, cupboard fronts, the outside of appliances, table and floor.
Bathroom and toilet
Washbasin, shower or bath, wall tiles within reach, mirrors, toilet and floor; limescale is tackled gradually, visit by visit.
Living room and bedrooms
Furniture, shelves and ornaments dusted, beds made or sheets changed if you wish, light tidying.
Floors throughout your home
Vacuumed, then mopped with a product suited to each floor type: tiles, parquet, vinyl; rugs vacuumed.
The little extras
Bins emptied, handles and switches wiped, the day’s washing-up if needed.
A one-off deep clean, whenever you need it
Before a family celebration, when you get back from a long trip or for a fresh start: we plan a longer visit that reaches the nooks and crannies a weekly clean doesn’t get to. It is also a good way to start regular house cleaning. Moving out? Cleaning before the move-out inspection is a separate service: our end of tenancy cleaning.

How much does house cleaning cost in Brussels?
The price of your house cleaning is worked out from your home and the frequency you choose:
- the floor area and number of rooms, especially bedrooms and bathrooms;
- the condition of your home at the start: a first deep clean is sometimes worthwhile;
- the frequency of visits;
- cleaning products: those we bring are charged for, yours are not;
- extra tasks, such as cleaning inside the oven or fridge.

What the service does not include
- Outside windows and conservatories: these are covered by our window cleaning service.
- A deep clean after building work: see post-renovation cleaning.
- Moving heavy furniture and jobs at height that need a tall ladder.
- Deep cleaning of rugs, carpets and sofas.
Frequently asked questions about house cleaning
Is it always the same cleaner?
Yes. For regular house cleaning, we assign you a cleaner who comes back each time. If they are away (holiday, illness), we let you know and offer cover or a new date.
How long does a visit last?
It depends on the size of your home and what you would like done. We agree on the duration together in the quote, then adjust it after the first few visits if needed.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring our own equipment and, if you wish, our own products, which are then charged for. Would you rather we used yours, or does one of your floors need special care (oiled parquet, natural stone)? We use whatever products you specify, and you are not charged for any products.
Do I need to be at home?
Ideally for the first visit, so we can go round your home together. After that, you can leave us a key: it is kept in a safe place and identified by a code, never by your address.
I have a pet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Just mention it in your request: we allow for it in the time we plan (pet hair) and note any doors that need to stay closed.
Which days do you work?
Monday to Friday, during the day, between 08:00 and 18:00. For regular house cleaning, you keep the same day and time slot.
